A Great Game

I don’t know how many of you are sports fans, but I’m sure you must’ve heard the news by now about the NFL Superbowl XLVI championship.

The New York Giants beat New England Patriots and it really was a nice game to watch. I wished though it was Peyton and the Colts up against the Pats, but hey, I’ll take Peyton’s little brother, Eli, to whip Brady’s butt in Indianapolis, where the Colts originate, anytime.

NYC is coordinating a parade for the Giants on Tuesday and unfortunately I won’t be there to enjoy welcoming the winners (I’ll be at work), but what a game! I wonder if this will make some NY Jets fans a NY Giants fan? They are from the same state, right?

Also, way to go to Giants’ Coach Coughlin for making history. At 65 years of age, he became the oldest coach to earn two Superbowl titles. Now, who says you’re too old to accomplish anything?

Congrats, Giants! You made NY…or should I say, NY and anyone else who wasn’t a Patriots fan, really proud.

I am not a Giants or Pats fan so I was just hoping for a good game, and they delivered.

I watched some of it and listen to the rest it surely was a tight game but it came down to who wanted it the more and we see. Giants wanted it more. I remember watching them four years ago at the same place I thought they would of remember what happen then. Giants are not one of my teams but I have to give them credit for all their hard work. Maybe next year for the Patroits.
